People Manager

NeoWork is seeking a dedicated and passionate People Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Colombia. The People Manager will be the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a strategic mindset in driving HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.
-Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
-Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.
-Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
-Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.
-Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Colombia.
-Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
-Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
-Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.
-Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
-Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
